There are many ways create a more team-oriented workplace. This can be done through activities and creative teaching, once your team feels comfortable with one another you will notice a huge difference in the way they interact. Who done it? This is a game in which every team member writes down something they have done, something that may be out of the ordinary. The rest of the group will have to try and match a person to each activity.
